Team

Olumuyiwa Bello FCA.

Muyiwa Bello is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a 1993 graduate of Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (2012).

His working career in the last 23 years spans the professional services industry, marketing, accounting systems consulting, engineering products marketing and public sector consulting.

Muyiwa trained as a prolific accountant and consultant with Alma Ross Associates/OdusanyaOdusanya & Co an Audit and tax consulting firm where he handled various assignments on Corporate and individual tax planning and compliance, led numerous statutory audits, handled compensation structuring, and as a facilitator for accounting and tax trainings.

Muyiwa was the Deputy Managing Director of Taxation Accountancy and Management Consultancy (TAMC), a consortium of consultants responsible for implementing automated revenue management and monitoring systems for the Ogun State government. He handled various aspects of the project including Operations, Technology, Research and Development and Process Engineering. He was a major arrowhead in the recommendation and implementation of the Interswitch collection platform in Ogun State (the very first state to subscribe to the platform). He had a stint in the Office of the Governor of Ogun State (2006) and later office of the Commissioner for Finance as a Technical Assistant (2003–2004) responsible for financial institution monitoring and key personnel in the coordination and content formulation of the first Economic summit held in Ogun State. Prior to this, he worked as the Finance Manager ofSuperflux Kalamazoo (2000-2002), a security printing company, and was also responsible for marketing security printing products to the financial institutions in Nigeria.

He is still actively engaged as the Managing Consultant of Caroline oaks Consulting Ltd/Olumuyiwa Bello & Co (2002 to date) sister firms officially appointed as QuickBooks business partner in Nigeria and have successfully implemented quite a number of accounting systems in Nigeria notable among them is the Nigeria Cleaning Service.

He was appointed a member of the board of directors of Niche-Plus Healthcare Ltd. in 2017.

 

Bunmi James

Bunmi has been a pioneer staff of OB&C/Caroline Oaks Consulting Ltd since 2003. He is an Associate of Accounting Technician and has completed PE I in the professional cadre of the ICAN exams.

He holds the Nigerian certificate in Education in Accounting from the Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka (1998). He is currently the Manager in charge of Audit and has led several audit assignments in the course of his career in the firm.
